The CX-80 is the largest SUV Mazda has ever built for Europe: 4,995 mm long, a 3,120 mm wheelbase and three rows of seats that fit real adults, not only children. All-wheel drive, 0–100 in 6.8 seconds and 2.5 tonnes of towing.

A third row you can actually use

The 3,120 mm wheelbase is not a brochure figure: the second row has 736 mm of legroom and 915 mm of headroom, and you reach the third row through the aisle, without taking the seats out. With every row upright, 566 litres of luggage space remain.

6.8 seconds with seven people on board

191 hp, all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic. The CX-80 accelerates faster than most of the family SUVs it is compared with, and it does so without the visible effort of a small, overworked turbo.

Six or seven seats, as you prefer

The second row comes as a three-seat bench or, on request, as two individual chairs with a console between them. The first option carries seven people; the second turns a long journey into business class for those in the back.
